This review is coming way after the fact but, nonetheless, we wanted to fulfill what we felt was only right in light of all the work Melissa put in our our behalf. In short, I believe we were an early customer of hers upon her entry into real estate. Ann was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process of listing and selling our house. She was very insightful into the market, conducted an honest market assessment and was spot-on with her predicition on length of time to sell and price. Ann stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process and responded quickly when we had questions. I would highly recommend Ann to sell your house and would choose her again for our own housing needs in Fayetteville!!

Ann was lucky enough to travel with me all over; county by county! She helped me find my little farm by knowing and showing all the homes that may have had the combination of features that made up the "perfect" home for my family. We just purchased out first home and Melissa was the first agent we had met and talked to. She was so nice and made herself available to show us every house we wanted to see in a very timely manner.
