Although somewhat traumatic the procedure, healing and follow up could not have gone any better. A 10 for Dr. Desaix!
My appointments have been very timely, which is extremely important to me. Dr. DeSaix’s bedside manner is great.
She already reviewed my history, was clear with explanation of the problem, treatment and what I needed to do.
Professionalism and personal care.
Unlike some doctors, Dr. Desaix is one who can answer your questions and make you feel reassured in a matter of minutes. She didn't need to give me a long drawn-out diagnosis with a dissertation. She explained the problem, based on the X-rays and examination and prescribed a remedy. My only issue is we didn't discuss how the medication she prescribed would interact with the medicine I am currently taking. Everything about my visit was top notch from the time I walked in until i left excellent appointment Dr Desaix was wonderful
Excellent first visit. Very professional, personable and caring. She is very skilled and “dots all the i’sand crosses all the t’s”!
Dr. Desaix may be an excellent physician, but her bed side manner leaves room for improvement.She tolerates no input or questioning of her orders. One has the feeling she is doing you a favor but cannot stick around for a further discussion. Dr. suggested 'get creative' and stay off the foot. No input of little tricks to make life on one foot easier.
She asked lots of questions, listened carefully, then asked more questions before explaining what was going on with my foot. She gave helpful suggestions and recommendations for resolving my problem. I was very satisfied!
