She knew what my problem was and gave me the information I needed. Very pleasant to work with. Explained everything to me of what was going on with my foot.
Had two issues with my left foot. PlantarFasciitis and some pain on the top of my foot that was intense. After examining my foot for the pain on the top, she immediately went to my tennis shoes and re-laced them so that the laces were not over that part of my foot. She explained that this is a nerve pain issue and there was too much pressure on the part of my foot. She also had me pick up some pain gel to put on my foot as well. Straight to the point, helpful, courteous, no issues at all
I was surprised what I came in for that she really doesn't do that but she did. Which was very nice of her and she did give me a prescription. But, her staff should be able to tell a person when they call for an appointment what she does and doesn't do. It would say a lot of time and aggravation.
Dr Desaix and her team were very helpful and got me in quickly. They did x-rays of my feet and Dr. DeSaix quickly identified the issue. She was very personable and clearly explained the recommendations for treatment. I would highly recommend her to others and already have.
Dr. DeSaix is very calm and reassuring. Minor surgery is only minor for other people, but she explained how she would take care of the issue and explained the healing process. Very good visit.
Dr. Desaix was upbeat and energetic from the moment she walked in. She wanted to learn about me, my condition, my concerns and my lifestyle. Asked questions for clarification, and listened. I took my 90 year old mom to Dr. DeSaix. She had a foot ulcer. She “cleaned” the ulcer and prescribed a antibiotic. She answered questions and was friendly. A short wait time and staff was friendly. I recommend.
