RecommendedWe, unfortunately, lost our dog to a long fought terminal illness. The morning he got worse, we rushed him over to AAVEC, but he was gone before we arrived. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person was amazing. I will forever be grateful for their kindness on that sad morning. They handled our dog, our feelings, and the arrangements with more respect and kindness than I could have expected. Thank you.
We brought our baby boy in and we were just as scared as he was...the staff were amazing at updates and including cost and exactly what was going to happen....His doctor was so sweet and so attentive....our baby boy is doing so good and we thank AAVEC for everything they did... They were packed with patients today, and I am someone who keeps checking in when I am worried, but they were so nice and friendly and got me and Petunia back on the road asap. These guys and all vet employees are unsung heroes during this pandemic. Thank you all.

Emergency visit for my pup. They did great answering all my questions over the initial phone call and even told me up front what the expected wait time would be (4-6 hours). Called to let them know I arrived and they immediately took her back. Within the hour the doc called to let me know how serious the problem was and options for treatment (plus she gave her calming medicine which made me feel better knowing she would be less “with-it”!). This is my go to veterinary clinic in emergencies... too many for my liking but I know they will give/get the best care possible. Every one here is amazing... The covid-19 has everything crazy but thats every where right now but that does not change the care and compassion that these individuals give. Thank you! There is no other place I would take my babies in emergencies.
their service is excellent, even with the covid restrictions... when you arrive they quickly get your pet in to be evaluated and the doctor is very timely in speaking with you and explaining her findings. they are very thorough in their assessment, treatment and recommendations.... I have been to their ER with 2 of my dogs and trust them ..
I'm an equine veterinarian who had the misfortune of having one of my own dogs get a life-threatening condition after hours. The drs & staff were caring & so very nice. Highly recommend them!
