Our lab Angus received excellent care. Protocols are in place that comform with COVID-19 guidelines. Happy to have him back, but also grateful we had this place to treat him.
Today I am thankful for the Doctors and staff at AAVEC for being open while we allow our team to enjoy the holiday with their families. In the worst of circumstances, the entire staff is always kind, compassionate and professional. My most recent visit was today, Memorial Day during COVID. It was awful having to wait curbside and not be able to comfort my fur baby (or have her comfort me), but I am extremely grateful that these folks do what they do and do it well.
My dog developed a cyst on her front paw that opened up a little after midnight. The staff at AAVEC were very professional and kind during what was a stressful time. I was given various options for treatment and didn’t feel pressured to choose a certain way. The veterinarian had Daisy in surgery and complete in 5 hours, which was a miracle because they were packed when we arrived. I highly recommend AAVEC, a bit expensive, but it’s worth the peace of mind when it’s after normal business hours.
We were referred here by our vet when our dog was very ill. They were transparent and honest, while being kind and compassionate. They took very good care of us and our dog. We will always use them for any future pets we have.
Even though I’m not allowed inside currently due to Coronavirus concerns, a technician came out to show me pictures of Sniffles laying comfortably inside. I thoroughly appreciate the care they show for my little bean!
I have taken my chocolate lab puppy here 2 times. Once for pneumonia, and just recently for a broken femur. They always take such excellent care of my favorite baby. They are a little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for! Highly recommend!!
Even with the craziness going on in the world they were very caring towards me while I made the humane choice to have my cat put to sleep. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
