Timely, effective, gentle care for my dachshund. A bit expensive but it IS an emergency clinic.
I brought my dog in on a Friday because out of nowhere he had scratched a large patch of fur off of his side. The doctor immediately saw signs of an underlying issue, suggesting a thyroid problem. After an exam and bloodwork to eliminate an emergency issue, the doctor gave my dog a shot to stop his itching and I went to my regular vet on Monday. Turns out the doctor called it! I started my dog on Thyroid medication today. I can’t thank you all enough for your kindness, compassion and excellent medical service. ❤️
Great emergency vet. My only complaint is that it's unprofessional to have staff complaining about coworkers as I'm paying my bill.
Unfortunately I had to take my dog twice in 3 weeks for eating things she's not supposed to. They took GREAT care of her. She had to stay overnight the second time. Everyone in the office were so nice and personable! Expensive but definitely worth it. Knew she would be in great hands! Dr. Kozek, Dr. Fliflet, & Dr. Keil are wonderful!
