Follow up visit re diabetes
This visit was for lab work only .... The staff provided all necessary precautions for a healthy visit .... a follow up appointment to review lab work will be on June 29th.
Dr Burgess is all concerned about me and any issues . She actually listens and hears what you say. Makes me feel confident about the care and advice given. Dr. Burgess is prompt with referrals and any changes in medications. I am treated with respect and ture concern for my health. Dr. Burgess takes time with me and does rush off as some physicians have done. I have complete confidence in Dr. Burgess and highly recommend her. Thank you Dr. Burgess for your care ?
