It is always a wonderful experience with Dr Burgess. She takes her time, explains everything that I need to know and treats me with care and compassion. I would highly recommend her! :-)
Definitely a 5 star physician! She is authentic, caring and supportive in her care. Love her!
She answered my questions and took care of a prescription that had expired.
Dr Burgess spends as much time as as I need her to with each appointment. I do not feel rushed at all. She is very thorough and a very nice lady. I've been going to her for almost 20 years and I do not ever want another general practitioner.

Dr. Burgess is always professional without being stuffy or distant. She always takes the time to listen to all my concerns. And just in case I forget to mention, she asks if I have any concerns. She is always pleasant with a smile. Importantly, she sits down so we are at eye level. She is not one who stands with a foot out the door! She always apologizes if she is late. I am a RN and have worked with many physicians in over a 40 year career. I have the upmost respect and confidence in her
