It was a very quick process and the communication was stellar from the initial meeting with Tom all the way down to getting the water put in. I heard about Anthony and Sylvan through the internet. My favorite thing about working with them is that they are personable, friendly, and professional. Vicki, Fuller Reeves, and Mark Sorenson were all awesome. They were great. Yes, I would recommend Anthony and Sylvan's pool service team.
Anthony built my pool. They come when they are scheduled and are efficient. I've asked many misc questions about pool maintenance during the season and they always know the answer. Yes I would recommend.
Professionally run
We looked at their website and looked at comments. They built my pool. It's fast, reliable service. They're great all over. Sometimes we call them asking questions, and they respond quickly, or send us out to address our concerns. We are new pool owners. The installers were great.I would recommend them.
Tom's ability to understand and lead through the design experience was excellent. D managed the skilled trades very well. His communication and project mgmt made the building process successful. Vicky's mgmt of trade schedules and payments made this an easy process. I've been thinking about a pool for 1 year. I had a referral. My pool is Rectangle w/ spa. My favorite things are the Spa, Auto Cover, Color/Finish. Vicky, D and Tom have all been great to work with. Great Design, Project Mgmt and Scheduling.
I investigated on line when we built our pool. Yes, we used them for pool contruction . They normally get back to you in a reasonable amount of time when you call with an issue. Sonya, the lady that answers the phone in Springfield is very nice and helpful. I would recommend.
I would highly recommend. I've been wanting a pool for 2-3 years. I did a Google search. I have an in-ground freeform pool with tanning ledge. Tanning ledge, bench in the deep end Our PM Al was fantastic. As was our scheduler Vicky. Build quality
In a he midst of Covid and supply chain issues the pool was completed. Extra effort at every roadblock by staff paid off!I'd been thinking about a pool for 3 months. We have a new house build. I searched the website. The pool is a 9x32 lap pool with a one level depth of 41/2 feet going to 5 ft in center of pool. I have Salt water and heated with gas but no Spa.
