Excellent from the get-go. The initial meeting with the renovation specialist (Tony) was great - provided us ideas of colours for tiles and coping, etc. and thoroughly explained the costs, process, timing; the contractors showed up on time, were professional, courteous and did an excellent job of demolition, tiling, plaster and clean-up all within a 3 day period. They installed a pool and patio, did retaining wall and drainages. The sales process was excellent. The sales person really understand our vision, to install a natural looking pool in a very slope landscape, which other people said would be impossible. Our project manager was amazing and kept us updated in every point . He even allowed us to contact him at all time even outside of working hour. The project was not without some issues, but everything was rectified to my satisfaction in no additional cost.

I've worked with Anthony & Sylvan Pools for supplies and general information. They're right in our neighborhood and I just started buying my supplies up there. Their staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They test my water every week, give me a good analysis of what I need to add, and work through the small issues I've had. They give great advice.

I have worked with Anthony & Sylvan for a pool construction and I liked that the store staff has been knowledgeable. They were also very helpful in putting heavy things in the car. I had issues in the past with stains at the bottom of the pool and the manager at that time suggested using Vitamin C to take the stain out and that worked fine. The knowledge that they have is very helpful.

Anthony & Sylvan built the pool and I also used them for the opening and closing. We chatted with the guy that came out here to open the pool about their situation with the pools and things that were breaking on it, and the approaches to fixing it. They were very helpful and knowledgeable as to what was going on with the pool equipment.

We have owned our house for 20 years and we've always had Anthony & Sylvan come out and open and close the pool for me, which was installed before we bought the house. It's an old pool. They've always done everything and everything's been fine. If there's any problem, I contact them to have whatever problem fixed. When we moved here we had a couple of other people come out because there were a couple of problems with the equipment. I have been buying my chemicals from Anthony & Sylvan for quite some time and I was not pleased with my previous service provider, so I gave them a shot. It's worked out well. I've used their opening and closing services and tomorrow, I'm replacing my filter through them. I really like that with Anthony & Sylvan, I don't have to worry about what they're gonna do. They're gonna do what they tell me they're gonna do. Everything has been very positive. Anthony & Sylvan's team is very professional and courteous.

Anthony & Sylvan built my pool. I also use them to open and close it and to maintain my equipment. I like that they get me on the schedule and get out to my house right away if I need something done. So far, I've worked with everybody, all the way up to their president, and they've all been great. In fact, they are that good that I've recommended them to seven other people that have built pools in my neighborhood.
