They were recommended by a pool owner. I used them for an electrical timer replacement . They do great work; however, they are one of the most expensive. They are high-end, but you never worry about their work. Mark Sorensen has always been available to answer our questions, and he is a great guy to work with when we have pool issues. If he doesn't know the answer, he will get it for us. He is just the best POC. Yes I would recommend.
I heard about Anthony & Sylvan from a neighbor. I used Anthony & Sylvan for pool construction. I chose Anthony & Sylvan to close my pool this season because they've always closed it. My favorite thing about working with Anthony & Sylvan is that they do a good job. They are very customer service oriented.
A homebuilder told us about them. We have used them for pool construction. The most recent person that is in the service department, he has been more responsive than anyone else on the team. He is a new guy.
I found them from a Google search. I feel confident in their service. They are very professional and courteous service from pool closing techs this year. I plan to order some chemicals from them next spring.
I think we went on the web, and then looked at pools that were available locally. We looked at three companies and eventually went with Anthony & Sylvan. From start to finish Anthony & Sylvan have performed incredibly. The different trades of been efficient and shown a great work ethic, using time and materials wisely. When material availability challenges did arise due to covid related supply chain issues, A&S worked to come up with acceptable alternatives. We were referred by one of my wife's customers. They offered 2 free openings and closings. The person who showed us how to set up and run the pool, Mark Sorensen, is super about answering questions. The pool is high-end quality, and each subcontracting crew knows what their job is and how to do it. They are well-trained and disciplined, and do their job without compromise. Within 5-7 days the next crew comes in and slowly builds the pool. It's quality from initial dig to finishing touches.
They built our pool. They know more about DE filters then anyone in town. I've also used them for pool service. I'd recommend them in certain circumstances.
Cameron was amazing to work with and the communication they provided was spot on. They always answered all of our questions and responded to our calls. We had been thinking about it for 4-5 years. I saw an advertisement in a neighborhood and then researched them online. Our pool is a freeform pool with no spa and a sun shelf. We love the shape, sun shelf, and bubblers. Cameron and Mark, the pool school guy both did a great job. The design met our expectations
