Anthony & Sylvan is a long-standing name that's been in business for 75 years, so when we're looking for a pool, we looked for a company that would be around to be able to take care of us if anything ever went wrong. Anthony & Sylvan had a yard posting along down the street, and we inquired with them since we're getting a pool. We have a freeform pool built by them and we like its design, specifically the pebble plaster finish. We did the travertine tiles around and then the deck coating. It's the ideal pool that we wanted and it fits perfectly in our backyard. It was a construction project so it had the normal scheduling issues but our project manager was very responsive. We had a pool in our last two houses so when we moved to this house, we made a quick decision that we wanted a pool. We shopped around for six months and I saw all the great feedback about Anthony & Sylvan on Yelp. We got a freestyle pool that is more of a natural kind and has a lot of Austin rocks and a leiter incorporated in it. We like the hot tub and the way the pool is shaped. Anthony & Sylvan's office is just down the street from where we live so we went in and met with one of their salespeople. The team did what they said they were going to do and it worked a little faster than what I thought it would. They moved quickly from the time they started to the time they finished. I got a free-form pool and it sits in my yard. It's convenient and I enjoy the relaxation of being in the pool. It's a heated pool so we can use it at where we're at almost year round.
We started looking to build a pool about three years ago. I got a referral from a friend who has built a couple of times with Anthony & Sylvan. Their scheduler was very good about keeping me informed about upcoming appointments or the next steps in the building process. My pool's now complete and I like how clean and nice it looks. We enjoy being able to spend time with the kids. We have something to do with them in the summer without having to go out to a public pool and deal with the crowd and travel.
Anthony & Sylvan installed a geometric pool for us and it has a spa. I like that it's very convenient to the backyard and the spa in the wintertime. We had quite a bit of interaction with the scheduling team, and then I had two interactions with the project manager. One for the installation of the gas line and another for the introduction that he was going to be the project manager. So far, we enjoy using the pool and swimming in it.
18000 gal in ground pool. Excellently, hard to beat. Things went very good. Mostly on schedule. When you communicate they respond and take action.
