Installed an approx. 14' x 30' rectangular lap pool in our backyard. Although I experienced a few issues, the company the took steps to resolve those issues.
We chose to get our swimming pool and hot tub from Anthony & Sylvan Pools because they've been in business for so many years. We got the chlorine-type pool, and our favorite pool feature was the waterfall. We were satisfied with their service and were excited about the time frame they built the pool.

In any kind of big project that requires so many days and you're at the whim of the weather and everything else, you want somebody that is responsive. To let you know what's going on and how things are gonna move from here and so forth. They (A&S) have always been very responsive. Not just responsive but they have good quality control. I heard about Anthony & Sylvan from a friend. They built me a pool. It's an in-ground ozone. I like that it's big. I also liked their sales reps. They were eager to correct any mistake. Overall, they are helpful and knowledgeable.

We got a new chlorine, in-ground granite swimming pool from Anthony & Sylvan. So far we've had no problem except for one little minor thing pending. But they seem to be working on it and I assume it's been taken care of without any big issues. Overall, their people are very good. We're happy with it and have a pool to cool off whenever we need to.
We saw the office building of Anthony & Sylvan next to the freeway. That's why when we were gonna have a pool, we decided to go and talk to them. It was great doing business with them, and their people were friendly and accommodating. They put in our concrete swimming pool. I have several favorite pool features, but I especially like the waterfall in the summer and the spa in the cooler months.
Anthony & Sylvan did my first pool back in 2008 and the second one was February of this year. It was an in-ground granite pool with the second pool. It's not a fancy pool, no hot tub, nothing extra. And I chose them because it fit our budget and the salesperson did not try to pressure or sell us what we did not want.
