Most of my interactions with them was positive. I just didn't appreciate the office staff. We weren't happy, especially with the professionalism. But the pool was really nice. My favorite part of it is the sundeck.
We purchased a home in Houston with an Anthony Sylvan Pool / Spa. We also got a home warranty that covered it. The Spa will not heat up properly - the lines blow water over your head. We have gone to their office on numerous occasions and have been told that all they do is sell the pools & spas, and they will not repair nor recommend someone to repair it.
