The cost was competitive. The quoting process was thorough and timely. The selection process was enjoyable. The project was started and completed on time. The pool installation crew still needs to return again(3rd time) to fix items missed during construction.

I've already recommended them to Chelsea Velasco and others. They have good communication from excavation to build. Overall, everything went smoothly. I've wanted a pool for 2 months. I had a Friend referral; chose because National company with good reputation & price was comparable to others. My pool is rectangular with large spa. My favorite part is the spa and overflow. Robyn was a very attentive project manager. Contractors were respectful and efficient; warranty claim handled very quickly.
Overall quality and responsiveness were good. We had an issue getting construction started, once started, everything went well. Again, overall, good experience. The only issue was getting started in the beginning. It just came up last year. We were referred by friends. They had the best follow-up out of the pool companies from which we received a bid. I had a great overall experience. I've been looking for a pool for 1 year. My relative had one in Houston. My pool is Rectangular, 15,000 gal pool with hot tub. I would like to recognize Joshua our project manager.
Quick and responsive with the design. Nick was a great Project Manager and keeps in touch long after the pool was completed. I am very Happy! I've wanted a pool for a year. Our Neighbors were using them. Our pool doesn't have a spa, and is rectangluar. Our Kids enjoy swimming. I'd like to recognize Nick Brazell, great project manager... I liked their design and had confidence in their sales team, so we went with them. My pool has a spa and I believe it is a mix of geometric and freeform. I really like the design of my pool.
