Overall 5 star rating. One person was not good. The scheduler - Bianca. -She was terrible with communication. I would leave many messages for her, and she would never call back. The Customer Manager was awesome. He called back right away, and answered all of our questions. All of the others were very kind and trustworthy. Ray is an excellent guy to work with. He showed up twice when the weather was bad, just to make sure that my pool wasn't frozen!
