I had been thinking about getting a pool for 20 years. Seriously. Overall, things went well - especially for a pandemic. The main challenge is that A&S builds so many pools in parallel that you can start to feel like a number. That said, I felt folks like my project manager, scheduler and designer did the best job they could. But I got really serious a month or so before calling A&S. We are very pleased with our beautiful pool and spa. Anthony & Sylvan was responsive to all my questions. They were professional and creative with any slight changes or additions I made to the project. We interviewed several other companies, but immediately felt comfortable with Joe and he really listened to or vision with an understanding of our budget. The project manager was great and attentive always. The schedulers were on point and always courteous. My husband and I are extremely happy with our backyard resort.

Considering the backyard access and the design issues of my back yard, this construction was project was a hard job. Anthony And Sylvan did everything to protect my yard and my neighbors yard. My designer John Tulley and my project Mgr Dan Dockery went above the call to make sure things went well. John took a difficult yard and designed a pool that we loved. We received excellent service from Anthony & Sylvan Pools when we had an issue with our water feature. John Meyer, the Texas Warranty manager, and his group provided a quick response, quality work, and great communication. I would highly recommend them.

John Tulley was very helpful in designing the pool and designing what we wanted and the value was unmatched by other pool companies. Dan Dockery my PM always kept us in the loop and has responded to all my needs and was very promp. He always did what he said. This experience has been good, it started with John Tulley and Finished with Dan Dockery. Tom from pool mart has also been awesome.

We are almost complete with our pool and we are extremely happy with Everyone we have worked with! From Dave Rothwell who took time to listen me and as to what we really wanted to Ray Chafee who has taken the time to answer all my questions no matter how many I have. Bianca Garcia has been been a great person to speak with when I had concerns about the schedule. I have a very high recommendation for Anthony &Sylvan because I know that even after my start up they will help us out any way they can.

100% professional! Weekly updates weekly inspection reports. All you here is stories about pools taking to long. Not this one 32 days start to finish. Could not say enough good things about Anthony Sylvan pools. Only 1 change order, our upgrade request,

We got a pool built through Anthony & Sylvan and everything's going very well. There was a little bit of shifting, but they paid for the issue, so we're happy with that response. In general, everything has been really good with the pool. I liked Anthony & Sylvan's price. It was the second lowest, and their design was the best. So between price and design, they were the best choice. Our pool cost about $95,000 or so. It's built on a slope, so a lot of it had to be built above the ground. I liked Anthony & Sylvan's designer and I chose to go with them. Their reps were also knowledgeable and helpful. And all my interactions had been positive except with the project manager that was on my projects. But other than that, their service was very good.
