It was great. Everything was on time. There were minor delays due to the weather which was not their fault. The finish product was amazing. They have a project manger that's easy to get a hold of. They put complete in-ground pool.
They built my pool and their tech was just out to troubleshoot a pump. It was a very good experience. He took his time to help and explained what he was doing. Got my situation expedited.

Very please with the end result. Scheduling was a bit of an issue. I never knew when I woke up if workers would be in the back yard. When the crews were here they accomplished a phenomenal amount of work in one day. Took about 3 months start to finish. We heated the pool so we were in the water in January!
We interviewed two pool builders prior to deciding who to hire to build our pool. Dave Rothwell, the salesman from Anthony & Sylvan, was professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The end result: we now have a beautiful, well-constructed pool! Thank you Anthony & Sylvan!
Paul was just out for a service ticket. He provided great customer service, knows what he's doing and us taken care of.
Our service tech, Paul was exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. He did what he said he would do and in a timely manner. I'd recommend to anyone with pool concerns.
Paul was excellent. He was extremely polite, kind and patient with our dogs on the property during his visit to work on our pool. He fixed our light very quickly and was extremely efficient. We are very happy with Paul's visit. He was a pleasure to speak with.
I built my pool with Anthony & Sylvan and the experience felt like having VIP treatment. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The relationship with three employees that I dealt with was excellent. The online warranty request process could use some work and I did not like getting a live person and emailing three days before anyone would come out. I did get my problem fixed, but the customer service was not what I expected. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.
