Anthony & Sylvan technician Paul was just out to assist with the pool. He did excellent work and was professional and knowledgable.
We built our pool with A&S. Paul just provided our pool school and was able to explain water chemistry and advise us on the steps we need to take to keep our pool clean and healthy. He showed us the equipment and answered any questions that we had.
Paul was absolutely unbelievable. He literally took me through an entire pool school, during his warranty visit. He not only the time to address the service ticket, but spent time with me for a comprehensive review of my entire pool system. I feel I know, after one year of owning the pool, more than I ever have. Thank you!
Our pool was built by Anthony & Sylvan and Paul Oliver is making a real effort to address our pool issues. He came out late on a Friday, far from home, working to make us happy. I am hoping today's fix will be the solution we were looking for. Thanks for all of the help, much appreciated.

Paul did an outstanding job fixing the problem with my poo. He was able to fit me into his busy schedule much sooner than I thought. They built a pool and a deck. Fine. The designing team was good and installed it fine.
Anthony and Sylvan built a fantastic pool for us. Any large project will have it's ups and downs. What few issues occurred, Anthony and Sylvan owned and made right. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to build a pool in my area. I will use their service again.
They've built a brand new in-ground salt-water pool. It was very well. The design work was excellent. Process was good. Process is very efficient. They followed up. They were really responsive. Overall, I'm very happy with it. I would recommend them about building pool in Austin.
