They did a great job. We're very satisfied with the work. We worked with the architect to design the whole backyard. They even put me in contact with another contractor to finish up the barbecue area. I would highly recommend them, and we love our new pool!
They were on time. They worked according to schedule. They had a facilitator that communicating everything to me. Everything was great. They completed the project to my specifications, on time and on budget. My pool is beautiful.
When we were purchasing, I really like that Anthony & Sylvan's salesperson, Jason, did not pressure us and gave great advice in the design of the pool and what features to put in. Our pool has a spa that flows into it and it's got a shelf for kids to play on with the bubbler. I also had them install two spring fountains that shoot up into the pool. Need support on cleaner and deck with Koolcote. I'm not one who likes giving bad reviews but it's gotten to the point to where I'm not getting anywhere. We've had the pool now for seven months and at first it was great. I've had an issue with our cleaner which A&S took care of it within a week. I'm having the same issue with the second cleaner and I've called, texted to get help but I'm not even getting a response from anyone. pool installation. The experience overall was great, but there was a minor setback because the sales person was not good, but when Jeff took over everything was exceptional.
Install pool, repair. We had an idea of what we wanted for our dream pool. Anthony & Sylvan were very responsive and work towards making our ideas into a reality. When they were done with the pool they had used the wrong plaster color. They came back out and completely redid the interior of the pool with the right color. They did this at no extra costs to us and were happy to do it. They even refilled the pool and put in the proper chemicals at no cost.
They installed a new pool. It went great. They did a really good job of explaining the process and explain everything while they were building it out. They scheduled ahead of time, and they were always on time.

Installed a pool. It went very well. We had an old pool they had to remove so they could put in the new one. They did a great job. The general contractor kept us up-to-date on what work was being done and who would be in to do the work with the different aspects of the job.
