When we decided that we were going to go with a pool, we started doing some research. We liked what we saw with Anthony & Sylvan, and we had them and a couple of other companies give us some quotes. Their team was very responsive. If we had a question or concern, they were pretty Johnny-on-the-spot. It went really well. We met with a few pool companies and Anthony & Sylvan came back with a very similar design that everyone else did, but was less expensive. They were very good to deal with. We had full access to the builder, designer and construction crew throughout the whole process. We had a few changes along the way that they were more than willing to implemenet with no additional cost. Since then we've had minor issues with the pool and they always come out right away to fix the issue.
It went great, very good customer service, walked me through every step of the way and made sure they didn't do anything with out my approval. Just a pleasant experience
They installed a new swimming pool. I really liked the end results but getting there was a little rough because it took a long time. There were problems after the job was complete and they had to come back out.
Anthony & Sylvan had good reviews online and I had them build a free-form pool. Our project manager was Tyson and he was super professional throughout the whole process. Everything was very on time from day one and worked like a well-oiled machine. It all flowed together really well and Tyson kept us informed as to what was going on and the timeline, which was really great. Pool installation. It went good. No problem so far. I have been very with the services when they come out for maintenance. We have referred them to others.
