It went well. Anytime there were any hiccups it was taken care of in a timely manner, I would recommend to anyone.
We had a very good sales person who was very helpful and responsive named Joe. Our site supervisor Jeff was very good, as well. We had an issue with our heat pump and they kept trying to resolve the issue until they actually replaced the pump which works beautifully, now. They were exceptionally helpful. Installed an in-ground pool as well as a concrete deck around the part of the pool that is raised above the ground since I live on a hill. It's beautiful. I talked to several pool companies and I was impressed with Anthony & Sylvan. They kept everything very, very clean. Everything looks very nice and I ended up with a wonderful pool. Their service was outstanding. Particularly their on site supervisor, Jeff.
I really liked the end results but getting there was a little rough because it took a long time. There were problems after the job was complete and they had to come back out.
Built and installed a pool. It went well. They did a good job.They were professional and did a good job building the pool. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They built exactly what I wanted. We didn't have to worry about too much. I could call if I had a concern and it was handled.
