There is absolutely no customer relationship , the saleman just promised a lot of possibilities and dates to sell and get the contract signed. So far nothing happened, if we knew that it wouldn't happen so soon, we would never sign the contract. They said that you can cancel it but you still have to pay for permit fees. ( which is unknown )

Absolutely no communication , no one oversees the job , it took 8 times to get the rebar done and it's still of by 4 inches!!!
They talk a lot about customer service but don't provide it. The sub contract all aspects of project, even the start up. You really aren't hiring Anthony Sylvan just a bunch of subs that they don't have any control over. They also don't give signed lien releases after each phase as required by law. To get signed lien release had to threaten to turn them in to the state contractors board.
Very happy with the overall pool, but it took six months to compete from start to finish and we had to really stay on top of them.
Once they are 2/3 thru and have most the money they drop the ball. And quit with any service to the customer
This was our third pool we had built in our 30 plus years of marriage. The entire experience was more the disappointing. Starting with the day they showed up to start digging (that was eight weeks behind schedule). After taking down the fence and getting the equipment in place, the guy doing the digging looks at me and says "Where do you want us to put the dirt" I had to quickly arange to "have the dirt hauled away..... Anthony & Sylvan's customer service is only for their collections - they don't care less about any issues or problems related to their sub-contractors. No return calls or return emails when you have a problem. My tile was placed an inch too low - below the waterline. No apology or concern. I paid for caulking / mastic in advance - they won't return my calls to schedule. I will seek outside resolution.
They are the reason we need to hire a good contractor to fix the mistakes that Anthony Pools made. When they were done with the ill fitting coping they left me with a 3 in expansion joint and never filled in the expansion joint. They even had to come back out because the first time they marble dusted the pool it came out terrible and the #1 maintaince person came out and he even said they did a terrible job with the coping but they never came back to fix their mistakes. DO NOT GET ANTHONY POOLS FOR RENOVATIONS
