I found Anthony & Sylvan online and chose them because of salesman that came out. I was very comfortable with the how it was presented and with the overall information. Something just felt right about going with them. They built a new in-ground pool with a deck and retaining wall. My favorite feature is the water sheer and overall aesthetic look of it. I found Anthony & Sylvan online but their name was familiar. I've gotten kind of a local quote as well, and they were pretty similar, but I just felt comfortable going with a bigger name, and Tom was the main reason. The salesman made me feel very comfortable. And he did a lot of work putting together a quote. They built me a new pool in the deck. It's a brand new in-ground pool with a spa. In choosing a pool company to build out pool, we spoke with several different companies and they all had the same basic plan. However when we worked with AS they came up with a very unique 3 dimensional design which set them apart from the rest. In addition once the pool was built the start up company they use is over the top best customer service we could ever ask for. Any warranty issues that have come up are taken care of immediately without exception.
We decided to build a pool and our Anthony&Sylvan salesperson made recommendations to us regarding the financing. The salesman was one of the best sales people I've ever dealt with. He made recommendations to us based on our needs. He is intuitive about what the client wants/needs. It was obvious that he is a client-advocate and not simply trying to drive up cost as he clearly outlined pros and cons with each option. After reading all of the negative complaints, I wanted to let everyone know Anthony & Sylvan is not a bad pool company. There will always be someone complaining about something or someone. > Here is our experience: We had our pool built in the winter/spring of 2007. That particular year was an extremely rainy year. Our pool measures 42x18x6. If you can imagine after it was raining for weeks at a time, how much water was in the bottom of this hole in the ground. We are going into our 4th year with and Anthony and Sylvan Pool. They built us a beautiful pool and spa that we have enjoyed immensely. They have been attentive to small things that have gone wrong. I highly recommend this company.
They built our 35000-gallon in ground pool with a deck and a waterfall. We were overall happy with our new pool, but there was a minor problem with the decking. They came back out right away to fix that. We took multiple estimates from other pool builders and they were very price competitive for the type of pool we wanted. This was a company that we have recommended to our friends.
Anthony Sylvan installed a 30x15 ft in ground swimming pool. I thought the original installation of my swimming pool went well. I have to admit, I am a little disappointed that I have not yet had any one come out to fix a light that is inside of the walling in the pool. This has been a little difficult, but, I am not losing faith. I am sure some one should be calling and coming by soon. I would definitely not hold them for that. Especially on a recommendation.
