Despite the fact it was off season and the weather was mostly good, it took over 4 months to complete. The plumber and electricians were great. However, some of the other contractors were a nightmare - especially the tile and coping crew. The scheduler Bianca was helpful and always answered our calls. They took our money and did not do what they said they would do. We ended up spending more than 10,000 for more work that would need done, and spent close to $100,000 for the pool. Everything that they promised was wrong. Everything was awful. It was a nightmare. The work crews were rude to my father in law. They expected him to know what was to be done, and to tell them how and what. He did not appreciate having to babysit them, when they already had a plan and drawings. Worst service and follow up. Once they have your money forget about them. You will never hear from them again.
