I would recommend Anthony and Sylvan, but the whole experience was not a great one. There were some major communication difficulties.

This is the third pool that I have had built over the years. The others were good to moderate fiasco. Anthony and Sylvan have been an extremely pleasant exception. Very timely, very communicative, and dedicated to getting the project done in a timely fashion.

The salesman's explanation & the plans provided were not the same, resulting in a pool that does not look as expected. Construction has been slower than promised. Scheduled work is usually a day or two later than promised. Rarely able to reach ofc contact. Engineer is good about returning phone calls & professional when doing so. Workers left a mess everywhere. Cleanup still was a joke. Patio damaged & not repaired. Workmanship on the tile, grout, turn-down part of decking and the plaster is substandard. On time and on budget! Extremely courteous and helpful, however I had to initiate most of the communication. Project Manager did not make updates to me and frequently was unavailiable to immediately come to the job site to alleviate my concerns. Most problems were resolved within 2 days but it was very frustrating to wait for answers for 48 hours. This is a very good company and I would hire them again.
