I heard about them from a friend. They do a great, efficient job and are very friendly & patient with my questions. I've used them for service, retail & construction. They are helpful & do the job well. Once, I had a handle turned wrong, therefore my waterfalls wouldn't work. My tech patiently FaceTimed me and we fixed it over the phone. I was so grateful. I love my pool. Also, upon close the service manager discovered the handle to enter the pool wasn't installed properly at construction. He said they will fix it in spring.... read more

I have used them for pool construction and maintenance. That's how I heard about their pool service. I chose them for my pool closing this season because they warranty all the equipment over the winter.My favorite thing is how convenient they are. They have been responsive, courteous and respectful, and flexible with their appointments.

I learned about them through advertising. It was so long ago since we started with them. They put our pool in. We have always used their service since we've had the pool. Anytime we have an issue or need supplies, that is where I always go. They always respond. They are usually able to answer any questions and deal with any issues, even though one issue they haven't been able to help us out with. I think they're a quality company. They do a nice job. We have always been happy with our pool appearance wise. I would recommend.

They installed our pool we continue to get maintenance through them. My favorite thing is the convenience. I call and the service team comes out. The pool is always perfect and crystal clear whenever they open it. Every time they are here, they take their time to explain how to better take care of our pool. It's very nice. I would recommend the pool service team.

We have been doing business with Anthony & Sylvan Pool for ten years. I chose them for service because they installed our pool. I also use Anthony & Sylvan Pools retail store. My favorite thing about Anthony & Sylvan Pools is the guy who does the pool openings. He is a really nice guy. I had a leak in my motor for the pump, and the guy put in the motor and replaced it. It also leaked, so he came back out the next day and redid the cupping so no hassle which was great. I would recommend Anthony & Sylvan Pools service team.

We bought our pool from them over 25 years ago. They have always done well. I buy all my pool needs at Lancaster store, use them for pool service, had our pool replastered with new coping and tile. I appreciate their quality work and pool knowledge. The staff is always friendly. Our pool has been 25+ years of family fun. The grandkids are now loving the pool. It's one of the best investments we ever made. Definitely recommend them.

I built a pool with them 15 years ago, I've shopped at the retail store, I am renovating my pool this fall with them and they service my pool. I would say I developed a good relationship with the tech that comes. The tech that comes over is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. I would recommend them.

I bought my pool in 1998. They provide great service and are dependable. I've also used them for pool tile repairs. They knows pools and I appreciate the technical knowledge to resolve issues. I'd recommend them.

I'd recommend them. I heard about them from previous owners. I used them because they did a good job in the past. I have not used them for anything other than a cleaning. They come when they are supposed to and get the job done. I talked to them when they closed my pool last season and they are always courteous.
