Today was good. Overall the experience was pretty good.
We've had the pool for about 10 years and my wife did the initial research on it. She would not have selected Anthony & Sylvan if they weren't highly recommended. I like their promptness. We've never had to wait for an appointment and they're out here when they say they're gonna be. If there is any issue with anything, they're always here to back it up and come and fix whatever the issue is. I would give Anthony & Sylvan a 5 and that's because of who was here.
They closed our pool for the winter. I thought it went very well. It was done in a timely manner. The gentleman who came to close it seemed very knowledgeable about what they were doing and got right to work and got it done. When we need any assistance with new parts or any additional things regarding the pool they've always been very helpful. We've hired them in the past and continue to hire them for our pool needs.

I've been dealing with Anthony & Sylvan for a long time now. Their people are very helpful. I get my chemicals from them and when they come in and get my water tested, they're always very pleasant and work very quickly.
I had an Anthony & Sylvan pool, and I've been using their supplies since 1988. I really like the chemicals there and they're more top quality compared to the other places. I've always had positive interactions with their store people and they are very friendly. They've always been very willing anytime I've had a question and they are knowledgeable to answer it.
Replacement of tile and coping around an in-ground pool. The information that we were given in advance was very complete and turned out to be accurate. The work that was done was handled very professionally. We were very pleased with the quality of work. It was done on-time and with the budget that was given to us initially.
Acid wash,coping and tile repair/ I am in the store all the time for water testing and all kinds of parts for our pool cleaner and the pool. Alex is amazing and always goes over and beyond for his customers. Love the store and location and new location. Good. They came and got the job done. Workers were very polite. Cleaned up the messes.
