I told one of my teenage children about getting a new pool and she got very excited. Then I told her to research on pool builders, and she found Anthony & Sylvan. It's a snap decision. My wife and I have been married for two years and we have talked about having a pool ever since. Then a friend highly recommended us Anthony and Sylvan over a pool party. So we had a free-form pool, more of a sports pool, 3x6 feet. After doing different research and getting a few different testimonials from some other individuals that Anthony & Sylvan had given us, we felt more comfortable with them overall. Anthony & Sylvan built our pool in 2001. We weren't the original homeowners, though. We recently had it tiled and coped. The individual who came to our home was timely and knowledgeable. He described the process, showed us examples and provided good feedback to the initial process. However, the interactions with the people that scheduled and coordinated the pool renovation wasn't the best. I was told they would come on a certain time and they didn't. Anthony & Sylvan Pools built our pool in 1974 and I chose them to renovate it as well. They replaced the coping and the tile and plastered the pool. I met the design consultant first at the swimming pool and we went over things that had to be done to it and he was very helpful. The team that scheduled and coordinated the renovation called me in advance with the time and it all worked out well. We have a brand new pool that Anthony & Sylvan built for us. We've been thinking around the idea of building a pool for four years. Then we heard about them from a friend of a friend so we gave them a call and then met with their design consultant. He came to our home and sat with us for an hour and a half, went through all the stuff and what was involved and gave us a price. We were pleased and we decided to go with them.

The provider came out to troubleshoot an issue with our filter/pump. . We are new and clueless when it comes to most pool issues, so when our filter stopped working, we were panicked. I initially filed a claim through my home warranty company, who took a full week to tell me that they could not find a provider in my area, but I was welcome to give it a try. They service us every year for the past three years and they open and close our pool for the season. They are excellent. They are flexible and they send friendly reminders when they are coming, they have great customer service.

Converted the pool to a salt pool. Installed a salt generator. Working super, saving me money on chemicals, keeping the chlorine perfect which makes my PH is more precise. The water feels much softer, with little salty taste. Came and installed it and were very professional. Showed me how to add salt to the generator. Wish I would have done it sooner.
