We had Anthony & Sylvan build our free-form pool. Our project manager and the scheduling team were very attentive. We had open and honest interactions. Our pool has a spa, which is what I like the most. I look forward to spending time with my family in our new pool.
My pool is 10 years old and it was built by Anthony & Sylvan. I wanted to renovate it so a gentleman came out and he evaluated the pool. He told me what's needed to be done, explained why it needed to be done, brought me some samples, and then he gave me a proposal. They had to replace the coping because it was all cracks and freezing due to winter. When we moved into this house, we were looking for a pool. My wife was on the internet one morning, and Anthony & Sylvan Pools got in touch with us. I like the fact that when their rep came on the initial visit he had some suggestions, which other pool companies didn't have, and that's why we ended up going with them. When we moved into the house, the pool was already here and we got a new coping through Anthony & Sylvan. I like the fact that it's a hundred degrees and I can get in our pool.
Anthony & Sylvan had the highest rating when I was looking at contracts for pools online. I had them do a 25-foot pool with jets and a table, and it's 4 feet deep all the way around. I like having my pool on days like this past week when it's very hot and my favorite is the spa part of it. Their rep was also very detailed and on point. I got exactly what I asked for.
Opened my pool. I have dealt with Anthony Sylvan for 41 years. Service has always been exceptional even though it is pricy. However they are reliable provide you with excellent quality service. I have sold the house with the pool and have recommended Anthony Sylvan to he new owners.
This is follow up to my previous review. Contract to Re caulk above tile line on cantilever pool deck. Owen from Anthony and Sylvan went out of his way to make things right. He truly wanted to make things okay which I do admire. In this day and age, customer service is often overlooked. Due to Owen, I would give Anthony and Sylvan another chance. Anthony & Sylvan built my pool in 1988 because my art teacher from high school worked for them. I loved him as an art teacher so he designed my pool and I really love it. But it was time for its renovation. I wanted something new. I was redecorating my house and I wanted to redecorate my pool as well. I wanted to change the color and coping. I've always had an interest in wanting a pool and would always ask other people, who built your pool? and frequently Anthony & Sylvan came up. I had them build me a free form pool with a spa, which is my favorite. The project manager was very receptive to my phone calls and emails, and the one who organized all the different contractors throughout the process.
