Our postman has an Anthony and Sylvan Pool and he loved his, so we checked them online since we have been wanting a pool for about two years now. We ended up getting a kidney shaped pool that's 3 feet to five feet with light. The team from Anthony and Sylvan were all wonderful. They promptly return phone calls and emails and answers any questions we have. Their designer listened to what we had in mind and came up with a really well thought out plan.

We've wanted a pool for the past five years and our neighbor spoke highly of Anthony & Sylvan so we chose them. Our pool's free form type but no spa, we only added a waterfall and the sun shelf. The project manager and scheduling team were all cooperative and responsive. When they were scheduled to come out, they notified us so we knew if anything was happening. Now we enjoy relaxing on it and being able to spend time with the family. I'd recommend it to a friend.

They installed a new swimming pool. Everything went wonderfully. The only slight issue was with the fencing position, which crossed over the property line. We called that evening when we discovered it, but they responded instantly, and everything was resolved perfectly. Throughout the whole process, everyone was very nice and helpful. Pool renovations - Pool and Spa Service Repair. The work was contracted on May 8, 2015, was promised to start the work on May 26, 2015 - the work started on time and finished May 30, 2015, well before the projected ending date of June 12, 2015. The guys at my home were very professional and cleaned up after themselves before they left, I even noticed my decking was cleaner after than when they started. Construction of Pool - Split Process (Fall of 2006 and Spring 2007) Constructed Pool, Hot Tub and Waterfall. They did an exceptional job, process started in Fall of 2006 and finished in Spring of 2007. They installed a clear vision cartridge system to help use less chlorine and keep the water clear. Retail Sales Team - Pool and Spa Service Renovations to current pool. I always take advantage of their special discounts they offer at the beginning of the season, they provide you 10% off the case. I drive over one hour to get their products and services as I find I don't get the same service or results from products closer to my home from other retailers. Pool and Spa Service - Opening and Closing of Pool. They provide the service twice a year during the opening and closing of the pool and have been completing the service since May of 2007. The service team is always very patient and professional when we are on the phone. If Danielle, the person I always work with is not available they always take a message and Danielle always gets back with in a timely manner.

Our swimming pool was built by Anthony & Sylvan 30 years ago so we also chose them for the renovation based on the cost and the testimonials we've read. The consultant came to finish up the tiles and after that, the work started. The first day was breaking down the stuff, prepping it up, plastering and putting the coping, and then doing the sealing. They built my in-ground pool 22 years ago. I have been using them for the last 15 years for service. They just recently came out and opened the pool for the 2015 season. I get a package deal every year to open and close the pool. They have always been prompt when answering my question. Whenever I call for service, they are usually here within a day or two. I have not had any issues with the quality of service. They are very professional, polite, and do excellent work. I would highly recommend calling this company.
