We decided to go with A&S Pools because of their reputation. Well, they completely blew away our expectations with an awesome experience. We were assigned a project manager who really went above and beyond to assist us along the way and kept the project moving. His name is ********************* and if you decide to go with A&S (and you really should) ask to have ****** as your project manager. He was absolutely fantastic to work with.
**** and **** were great and answered all my questions about the pool and gave some maintenance advice.
Kyle and Sean from the West Chester office opened our pool and were extremely professional and informative. Great service!
Our Anthony Sylvan pool was installed in October of 2023. Our Project Manager, ***********************, was wonderful! He listens to what you have to say, is available for any questions or concerns, is quick to follow up and communicates every step and detail along the way. We loved working with him. The pool turned out better than we imagined and **** made the whole process easy! We cant wait for our first summer in our gorgeous pool! Thank you **** and Anthony Sylvan!
**** provided excellent service today. He explained everything he did. Came back because my water level was not high enough vacuumed and explained my anticipated future maintenance. He was by far the most pleasant and helpful pool provider I have had He explained the purpose of future treatments due to my algae problems from last year. I just cannot stop giving him accolades. All service employees should be trained by him
Anthony and Sylvan was the best decision from beginning to end! The design was perfect for our back yard which had a slope. ***** kept us up to date and managed our project the entire time. He never missed a beat! I can still text him 6 months later and he answers my questions. A&S and team are the best!!
My pool is completed and we are brushing the walls. ********************* who has been and continues to be my awesome project manager. He is super responsive and goes over and beyond to help and provide useful suggestions. The team has been very helpful and kept me informed through all the steps and the people doing the work did a great job.
