Anthony & Sylvan had a good reputation. They still do. And that was enough fro us to choose them over others for pool services. They also built the pool for us. They're very friendly and they give us good and accurate results.
I have a 20 by 36 free-form 7-ft deep pool by Anthony & Sylvan. I like the way that it looks and that there is no maintenance fees to be done to it. And the kids love it. However, I did have some issues that were probably out of the project manager's control. I had a problem with the guy who did the decking. He was awful and also rude on the phone. My pool from Anthony & Sylvan is a free form with saltwater and waterfall system. I like its size, shape, and appearance. The waterfall is great. I had two different project managers. I dealt mostly with the second guy and most of the works have been done under him. He was awesome and did a great job. When I had problems, he jumped in and made things happen. I was impressed with him. Their team was responsive. Things got done very synchronized and there were no surprises.
Installation problems. From start to currently trying to finish this process it has been nothing but a train wreck. From salesman, submitting plans other than the ones I approved(which could have led to the installation of drain tanks costing $) painting out the pool for approval to his liking rather than putting in the legal corner of my yard as expressed.
