Just had our pool opened for the season. ***** was outstanding as usual. He has been the person who closes and opens our pool most of the time and has always impressed us. We are excited for another summer with our pool.
Professional and experienced service. Called prior to arrival and promptly walked through what he was doing to open the pool and what we should expect.
I completed the construction of my pool in the late fall (Five stars for A&S there, too!!) As I got my amazing new pool ready this spring, ******************* was there every step of the way in person and through text messages to help me adjust the chemicals and stay on top of the equipment maintenance and routines. The process of building a pool was frustrating but usually most of my concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. I did have a leak caused from the cement top caused a break in the waterfall feed. At first they were resistant to a leak but once they got the experts involved, it was quickly remedied. I have had a few warranty items arise but that was seamless encounters and the problems were quickly addressed. We did it---we have our pool! Getting a pool was a major decisionone that we were not going to act on for many, many monthsbut were glad we did! We are thrilled with the outcome! He was great to talk to and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He didn't try to pressure me into a sale, and I'm extremely happy with the service and outcome overall. My husband and I just love the service department of Anthony-Sylvan pools. We have had them service our pool for 12 years. ****** *** has opened and shut our pool in addition to other employees. He is the best. We have never had any problems with the pool. The service department has always been responsive to our needs. In fact one time we had tried everything and our pool remained green, we obviously had done something wrong.
