Anthony & Sylvan service our swimming pool. My pool tech did a great job, as usual! Hes always pleasant and helpful.
Mark ** and Richardo ** in Chantilly are outstanding in servicing customers. Craig and Kevin are also great in helping with our pool service. They really assist the customer and, when in doubt, they ask senior staff for answers. The entire staff does a great and professional job. Keep up the great work!
Anthony & Sylvan Pools came out to do a pressure test on our line, testing for a leak. Unfortunately, we still have the leak. He patched the line and everything and said it was all clear, but the leak was still there. They were very responsive and came out quickly, but just really didn't follow up with it.
Overall, the pool service Anthony & Sylvan provides has been excellent. Etinenne and Steve always deliver first-quality service and leave the pool spotless. I have been very happy with their pool service.
Anthony & Sylvans Chantilly retail store provides awesome service! They always provide more information than everybody else and take the time to answer my questions. They make me a better pool owner!
I had a great experience with my Anthony & Sylvan in-doc technician. He walked me through everything with my pool and explained how to maintain the system. Very helpful!
They built a concrete gunite pool. It was fairly easy to schedule them to come out. We were pleased with the ease of communication. They were very thorough, professional, and timely with their work. We were pleased with the work. We did have one issue with one of their contractors, which they tried to get resolved. But overall, the experience was good. We've recommended them to other people.
When my wife told me she wanted a pool installed in conjunction with our new home construction, I fought her tooth and nail. I had heard horror stories from friends and read many reviews online about Anthony & Sylvan, as well as every other pool company I could find. I was scared. As usual, my wife won the argument and we told our builder (Sekas Homes in Vienna, VA) we wanted him to contract with someone for the pool.
