Pool was installed by specific deadline given. Initial meeting for pool design was great! Once work started, it became more frustrating. Contractors were bad about leaving a mess from oil stains in the driveway to side lawn being completely torn up. The compensation by A&S was not adequate as they were gift cards that couldn't repair my driveway or side yard. Underground drains were to be completed per contract have still yet to be done. Very frustrating!

I have my pool built by Anthony and Sylvan Pools fall of 2016, it went smoothly to the end. But it left my drainage around the pool with water that stayed for days without any drainage capability, I have contacted the Project Manager right after the finish which is just a person without any responsibility or power and he responded that it will drain it by itself. Spring has come and I have tried several times to contact the salesperson (Mike **) and other persons in charge by emails and phone calls as well as the project man... read more

Anthony & Sylvan is one of the major players in our area. They were recommended by our neighbors who had pools done by them. Our saltwater free-form pool has a spa and it fits eight people. We got a little diving board and have some really nice stone coping and tiling. We like that it's a little bit of an oasis. We don't have to bother with the community pool. I had my pool done by Anthony & Sylvan since they are a bigger name and more nationwide. I love being able to enjoy it with my family and its tanning ledge is my favorite. However, the scheduling was the worst thing of all. Workers came once a week and didn't know what was going on. I had to send several emails at a time to follow up.

Renovated my pool to a saltwater pool. It went great. I only had a 2 hr. window to have a renovation and they also showed me to run all the new equipment. The crew foreman was patient with me and made sure I knew how to use it. They were very professional. They also had to take out the original equipment and took it with them and they made it seem that the old equipment was never there. They also reminded me when the pool was originally done and they are very professional on keeping up with their clients.

A&S Pools refinished our pool, and it looks sharp, clean, and beautiful. We are enjoying the pool. However, there can be 2 improvements: 1. We live in the rural area and draw water from a well. If too much water is used at once, the well goes dry. I had told the supervisor about this, but the crew proceeded to fill up the pool with our well water. And then it stopped flowing.
