Anytime fitness should be investigated. I signed up with an account and didnt even use it once. But yet have an outstanding balance that hit my credit of $840 (note, I never gave them my social security number, they have to be getting peoples information via 3rd party) furthermore, I recall when signing up I was given no options to view documents that where automatically signed by me by accepting the terms (that wouldnt load and I wasnt able to read.
