We met Josh at the NARI show a few weeks ago, and set up an appointment right away. So far, the process has been flawless! Josh’s communication has been excellent. We got new windows installed by Apex this week and are very happy with their products and services. Their salesperson, Matthew Kemper and the installation team, Chris, Mike and Taylor were wonderful to work with. They were all knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking. I never accepted solicitations at my house before, but the lady who rang my doorbell was very kind and very sweet so I decided to give her a listen. I had been in the market for replacement windows, but never pulled the trigger and I figured that this would be a fortunate happenstance.
