The email communication through the whole process was excellent and actually very impressive. The crew of installers were professional and very efficient. RecommendedWe had a great experience with Apex! Andrew did a great job at giving us all the info. without taking up half our day. It was pretty straight forward and they kept in contact throughout the process. The windows were custom made and fit perfectly! They were also done ahead of schedule. They showed us how to use them after they completed installing them. Cleaning them will be a breeze now. Happy with the product and process!

RecommendedWe replaced all of our windows. Andrew was impressive and so helpful. He walked us through every step and communicated regularly with us. Chris was our master installer and his work was top notch. It was so clean when they left. Apex's price was excellent, and they have the best warranty around. The windows are beautiful. We already notice how much warmer the house is now that our windows no longer leak!
