We worked with Trip from Apex about a month ago. We had talked to many other companies about our front window and chose Apex. Trip listened to all our concerns and helped us to pick the perfect window. The window came in fast and we chose to wait for installation. We couldn’t have had a better experience. The window is beautiful and I love the wood trim. Please give this company a chance to work with you, you won’t be disappointed.
My wife and I just had phase 1 installed by Apex Windows. We’ve had a great experience, easy process, and we now have great windows. Our search for replacement windows started with choosing three BBB accredited local window companies. After going through the first two we were discouraged by price, high pressure sales and questionable product. Then a friend who was using Apex told us to call them. What an incredible difference. I’d been wanting to replace the old, original, single pane, wood frame windows in my house but was very wary of the window industry as a whole and didn’t want to pay $1000/ window, which one company had quoted me. The knowledge and customer service Andrew and the Apex team offered was second to none, and their pricing is better than anyone else you will meet with. This is not lesser quality product, or marketing gimmicks. You will not be disappointed in your choice of window providers with this crew and their support members - fantastic!!
Great service from beginning to end. Trip at Apex is very knowledgeable and is one of the most friendly easy to talk to people I have ever met. He was there all the way through the process and made things real simple for us. Despite raining for several days they were able to get our 23 windows and patio door replaced in a timely fashion and the new windows look great and are much better than the rotting wood issues we were dealing with prior!
We purchased new windows with Apex last fall and had a great experience. Installation was prompt and professional. They were very willing to work with us on little repairs and questions we had after installation. We can absolutely tell the difference now that they are in place, no fogging up between panes anymore, let in lots of light and it is obvious they are better insulated than our old windows. We had a wonderful experience and recommend this company and product to anyone considering new windows.
