The install team went far above and beyond my expectations. They were on time, courteous, knowledgable and totally zero hassles. The install was done in 3 days and everything looks great. I would recommend Apex to anyone who wants or needs to replace some windows on their home. All I can say is Thanks Apex and Trip.

RecommendedApex replaced all our upstairs wIndows and most of the downstairs windows including a picture window. The installers were good to work with, tidy, and did it quickly. The Apex windows are amazing - the house feels 10 times more energy efficient and the big difference is how much quieter it is with the windows closed. Really great results!
Do NOT use this company. Our patio door is leaking every time it rains and they have been unwilling to fix it. We will likely need to file a warranty claim to replace it due to all the water. Do not use them!!
After spending over 22k with this company, I’m beyond frustrated. They did the install on a very cold day and knowingly installed a cracked window. This is in the front of my bedroom. The crack keeps getting bigger and now the wind is coming in and keeps me up at night. Call after call, text after text, I’m getting nowhere with Alex. He did a great presentation, but the customer service has been horrific.
