Fabulous people to work with!! Everything went smoothly from ordering, measuring, to complete installation of 17 windows!!! Installers were very polite and took care of our personal property! We are very happy with the windows - they not only look good inside and out, but are tight - no drafts!!! The machanics work well and cleaning is a breeze!!! We highly recommend this company!

The easiest contractor I have ever worked with. Apex Milwaukee personnel were great. The installation went smoothly. Finish work on the inside and outside was perfect. I can't say enough about the quality of our new windows. They're superb. Bring on winter! The Dawson Family.

Without a doubt, the best experience ever! We had 16 windows installed in our home. From Ted's initial visit to Trip's very knowledgeable presentation of Apex Windows, we were well informed and educated on the excellence of our new to be installed windows. We had the best Install Team ever with Tim, Stemy and Anthony with the smoothest install we could ever have imagined. Loving our 13 new Apex Energy Solutions windows. Trip explained the process very well and everything went as smoothly as he said it would. We could not be happier. The install team went far above and beyond my expectations. They were on time, courteous, knowledgable and totally zero hassles. The install was done in 3 days and everything looks great. I would recommend Apex to anyone who wants or needs to replace some windows on their home. All I can say is Thanks Apex and Trip.

Apex Energy Solutions just finished replacing all our windows and patio door in our house with the exception of the garage window which will be removed and sided over this spring. From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with! The whole process went smoothly, and the project was completed earlier than expected. Apex replaced all our upstairs wIndows and most of the downstairs windows including a picture window. The installers were good to work with, tidy, and did it quickly. The Apex windows are amazing - the house feels 10 times more energy efficient and the big difference is how much quieter it is with the windows closed. Really great results!

Do NOT use this company. Our patio door is leaking every time it rains and they have been unwilling to fix it. We will likely need to file a warranty claim to replace it due to all the water. Do not use them!!

After spending over 22k with this company, I’m beyond frustrated. They did the install on a very cold day and knowingly installed a cracked window. This is in the front of my bedroom. The crack keeps getting bigger and now the wind is coming in and keeps me up at night. Call after call, text after text, I’m getting nowhere with Alex. He did a great presentation, but the customer service has been horrific.
