Appliance Installs wouldn't fix their bad install job. Instead they blame the cabinet that the 1/4" nail was screwed into. First of all, the wood is NOT rotten like they say. They wouldn't even come back to look at the problem. Instead, they are making up a reason to not fix their problem. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. The company says that they guarantee their workmanship for a year. Another lie. My install was 10 months ago. NO guarantee AT ALL.

Julie, we are sorry to hear that you felt the installation was incorrect. But, as we discussed over the phone at length, the underlayment of your countertops has to be replaced due to age. Due to lack of sealant during the installation of the countertops years ago, the particleboard under the countertops has rotted to the point that (even though the screws held in place) the board itself broke away. The WORST company you can hire to install your appliances! They advertise "installation guaranteed".... which is funny because they refused to come back to my house and redo a POOR install job done 10 months ago on a new dishwasher. I paid them $165 and my install lasted 10 months after which my new Bosch dishwasher "fell out" of the cabinet because of a poor install. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
