Consistent communication, the flow of the process ... it was all great. My only suggestion would be to update some of the automated communication to make it seem a little more modern. So petty, I know, but you are a modern operation and your automation should match your great service. I was surprised by how long it took, but I think those were our circumstances being self-employed. Top-notch service all in all. We got what we needed in the end and I can not thank you enough!

I emailed April about loan rates at 5pm MT - she called me at 830pm her time on her way home from work and promised to send me quotes the next day.
