The 4 other teams I have dealt with seem like they have no idea what they're doing and just react to 3rd party expectations requiring me to do more work and/or accept expenses at random times throughout the process. The disconnects in the loan payoff amounts along with learning about the escrow requirement for flood insurance was disconcerting. April did work hard to get the loan done during crunch time, and I appreciate that, but it shouldn't have come down to that.
