Both technicians (***** and another gentlemen) were very kind, swift, explained the system well and answered any questions I had. Very professional and knowledgeable on their work as well!
*** ******* was our technician and he was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about his product. He quickly serviced our existing (and probably a bit outdated) system and was very helpful in offering several different options as to how we could upgrade. His presentation was informative and not pushy, something we really appreciated.

The Aqua Clear team did an amazing job! The installation of our water purification system and water softener were impeccable. The install looks very clean and professional. The team did a great job from start to finish. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and the installers were very knowledgeable and professional. Been using Aqua Pure solutions for several years and they’ve always taken really good care of me. I’m a pretty self-sufficient DIYer and could change my filters on my own, but they are extremely reasonable - it doesn’t cost much more to have them do it, plus the peace of mind of them backing their work and their filters being good, which is always iffy on the secondary market. ****** came out and changed my filters this time and I was very impressed. He was super professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using them.

***** was the technician for our 2nd year service! He was on time, and very respectful of our property, traveling our long gravel driveway with respect and slow speed(no reason for 10+mph on a private drive). Very conscientious! He explained everything very well, and took the time to diagnose some unclear conditions, and thankfully he did! Our water is so hard, it cause a membrane to fail, about 3yrs early!
