This review is for Aqua Clear Water Systems and *** ***** who performed the service call on my whole house water system. Both did an outstanding job. Joe showed up within the first hour of a four hour time window. He is a very congenial person who was very pleasant to interact with and answered all my questions. He fairly quickly determined that the probable cause of my problem with the system not softening the well water was a change in the hardness of the aquifer water due to the recent drought in our area. Excellent service today. Our technician was **** ****** Excellent knowledge and insight into the system. He was very helpful in my questions and quick in the new replacement of our older tank. We have used Aqua Clear Water since 2013 and have been highly satisfied every year.
