He was on time, and very respectful of our property, traveling our long gravel driveway with respect and slow speed(no reason for 10+mph on a private drive). Very conscientious! Joe showed up within the first hour of a four hour time window. He is a very congenial person who was very pleasant to interact with and answered all my questions.
