Best renting experience I’ve had!! From the first call I made to move in date, it was smooth sailing. Francesca , Malorie and Kara made the entire process easy and fun. Every question I had was answered and they never made me feel rushed or not important. The customer service level was absolutely outstanding!!!! I would highly recommend arbor lakes. On top of that, my apartment is stunning and I couldn’t be happier.
Everything we were looking for Every bit of our experience with Arbor Lakes has been excellent. Their management team is incredibly personable and helpful, and the maintenance staff are second to none. They’ve made sure we’re taken care of by end of day whenever we needed something. Arbor Lake I just moved in a week ago and I can see myself staying here for a very long time!
Very nice place I've rented at arbor lakes for over 2 years and I really like it. The place feels homie and is affordable for a 2 bed, 2 bath, stainless steel appliances, a fireplace, and amenities (pool, fitness). The best thing I like about it is the location. Right off of 53, it's a straight shot anywhere south including downtown Chicago as well as close to to deer park mall and other great shopping areas.

Verified Renter Do not rent here! Waste of money for what you get , you will have your packages stolen and or up to your vehicles broken in to or stolen as well. Worst place I’ve ever been and I’ve lived in the hood.
