Very nice place I've rented at arbor lakes for over 2 years and I really like it. The place feels homie and is affordable for a 2 bed, 2 bath, stainless steel appliances, a fireplace, and amenities (pool, fitness). The best thing I like about it is the location. Right off of 53, it's a straight shot anywhere south including downtown Chicago as well as close to to deer park mall and other great shopping areas.

Bugs, dirty, rude neighbors If you like giant ants, spiders, a disgusting and dirty move in situation, stolen mail, and rude neighbors, this is the place for you! Also highly overcharged on the water bill.
POOR MAINTENANCE AND NOT WORTHY Management not friendly. Very Old apartments. Lot of water leakage issues. You pay too much for what you get.
They Nickel And Dime You They Nickel and Dime you and are rude and disrespectful. We were charged $50 for a cleaning fee despite the fact I made certain the apartment was clean before I left. They claimed there was dog pee on the carpet even though a dog never entered that apartment. They also claimed the laundry was soiled despite the fact I spent a total of 2 days in the apartment and never even slept on the bed. Do not choose Arbor Lakes Apartments If you are hard working of your money please do not choose Arbor Lakes. They will find any way to take your money possible. The process of renting this place with the leasing agents took forever due to one of the women being very disrespectful, mean, and not helpful whatsoever. It made the move in process 10x more stressful.
