Best renting experience I’ve had!! From the first call I made to move in date, it was smooth sailing. Francesca , Malorie and Kara made the entire process easy and fun. Every question I had was answered and they never made me feel rushed or not important. The customer service level was absolutely outstanding!!!! I would highly recommend arbor lakes. On top of that, my apartment is stunning and I couldn’t be happier.
Everything we were looking for Every bit of our experience with Arbor Lakes has been excellent. Their management team is incredibly personable and helpful, and the maintenance staff are second to none. They’ve made sure we’re taken care of by end of day whenever we needed something. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, quiet and friendly neighborhood, and the amenities are very nice. The apartment itself is well designed and the recent renovations make things feel so spacious. It makes good use of the square footage. We’... read more
Great Apartment Community Fantastic diverse community of singles and families of all age ranges. Great amenities and community activities to get out an enjoy the neighborhood and meet your neighbors. Conveniently located.
Arbor Lake I just moved in a week ago and I can see myself staying here for a very long time!
Very nice place I've rented at arbor lakes for over 2 years and I really like it. The place feels homie and is affordable for a 2 bed, 2 bath, stainless steel appliances, a fireplace, and amenities (pool, fitness). The best thing I like about it is the location. Right off of 53, it's a straight shot anywhere south including downtown Chicago as well as close to to deer park mall and other great shopping areas.
POOL CLOSED DOWN Arbor Lakes has closed down their swimming pool for the remainder of the pool season. The 1st reason they gave was that they did not renew their pool license. Then, a week later they send out a second email stating that the pool was closed for structural issues. All of us that use the pool feel lied to and betrayed. Why now, during the middle of the pool season? Nothing they say makes any kind of sense to us. I seriously find anything that they say hard to believe!!!! It was July 21st, 2026 when the pool fir... read more
