Verified Renter I have lived here since Feb. 2019 & it has been a truly pleasant experience so far. The neighbors are pleasant. I love being able to walk my dog around the neighborhood. I work at night and truly feel comfortable coming home at night. Living here has truly been enjoyable and I plan on staying for some time.

Verified Renter Ive been here for almost 5 years. Its a very nice quiet place to live. Just the landscaping needs help. It was much better when I first moved in. And it would be nice to have a community get together especially for us that dont have a partner. Just a few thoughts. Oh. & more notices about dog Pooh pick up.

The maintenance guys are very responsive and thorough. Everyone listens and goes above and beyond to meet expectations. The property itself is well-maintained. The area is safe. I would highly recommend Arbor Lakes to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!
