Attentive staff on unit, aesthetically pleasing. Pleasant receptionist, informed management, well-equipped kitchen, engaging activities, competent, compassionate nursing, clean, and inviting décor.
I was very pleased with everything that I saw. (name removed) which gave me the tour was very nice and knowledgeable with the facility. I have been to a few places in the area and this is where I could see being my mom’s new home. We are hoping that she would able to be in the assisted living side. I made an appointment to visit based on future needs for a parent. I was greeted upon arrival by several people but must say I was blown away by Musi and how much attention to detail and questions she aksed me. You can tell she really cared to get to know my parent (who was not with me at the the time). She spent a good amount of time with me and never rushed me or made me feel like I was asking too many questions. All the residents looked happy and fulfilled. [name removed] was wonderful, positive, listened and answered questions I had not thought of. The Sheridan is a beautiful, colorful, clean inviting place. I cannot wait to take my mom to see it and pray she will feel positive about this location and the people and amenities there.
The Sheridan at Cooper City is an amazing ALF facility. The staff is wonderful, especially in the dining room. The chef is always listening to our requests and tries his best to accommodate us. The dining room staff are wonderful to us and always making every effort to accommodate us.
Chef does a great job. He addresses any of our concerns. The servers are very accommodating. The food is good.
