a huge factor in why we chose this community was the memory care facility director, who was amazing. she had a great personality and we felt comfortable knowing our loved one would be in her care. she unfortunately passed away very shortly after our loved one moved in. due to the communities loss, we do believe they may be suffering in that area. i sense that they are trying their best to recoup, but i do have concerns about my whether or not my loved one is receiving the care and activities they need. aside from that, this ... read more

Very nice community. The furniture was required to come with my loved one. There was not as much outdoor space as we wanted.
Sheridan at Cooper City is a beautiful and cozy facility. The Sales Counselor [name removed] was so patient and thorough. [name removed] is a great listener and understood our situation. The residents were also very friendly. If you're looking for a clean , cozy and friendly environment for you loved ones this is the place. We are so thankful we found this place. We're thrilled. It's pretty much everything we were looking for. No one wants their parents to have to go through this, but if you have to, we found this place to be exactly what we needed. And we love the staff.
