I cannot recommend this facility. Our experience has been extremely disappointing. The rooms and common areas were often not as clean as they should have been, and the overall quality of care has been far below our expectations. We repeatedly raised concerns with management through emails and conversations, yet the same problems continued. Basic care, including hygiene, meal assistance, and timely attention to our loved one, was inconsistent and often inadequate. As a family, it has been heartbreaking to witness.
